Fonts Included on the Broadway Collection Disk

Through a special arrangement with Letterhead Fonts, we have included two custom fonts and four old favorites with this collection. Fonts are stored in TTF and Type 1 formats. Be sure and visit the Font Sources pages on this site to view other fonts that work well with our collections of ornaments and panels.

Chuck Davis at Letterhead Fonts designed Brewer's Bold to go with this collection. You will find uses for it in your day to day projects along with text used within our panels. The vertical strokes on this font feature a nice, subtle flare—as often executed when hand lettering. It includes a few swash characters for a little extra spice when needed!

We digitized Encore BW to compliment the Broadway Collection of Panels and ornaments. You will see it used on quite a few of the panels in the thumbnails. Chuck, at Letterhead Fonts, assembled the parts into a useable font for us. We have included a few flipped characters which can be used in special instances, as seen in the Broadway Collection logo.

| This group of four fonts was also supplied by Letterhead Fonts. If you view the photos on the History & Notes page, you will see how many of the signs of this period have quite plain lettering. These fonts may be just the ticket on some special projects. |
